5. Reporting Procedures and Non-Retaliation

Any individual who suspects, becomes aware of, or witnesses any potential bribery or corrupt activity must report it immediately to company management. JCS Kinetics Supplies Ltd is dedicated to providing a safe, confidential environment for reporting. We guarantee that no employee or representative will suffer adverse consequences, retaliation, or victimization for reporting a suspected violation in good faith, or for refusing to participate in an act of bribery.
