Health & Safety: Statement of Intent

1. Introduction

JCS Kinetic Supplies Ltd recognises and accepts its responsibility as an employer and a technical distributor to provide a safe and healthy working environment. We are committed to ensuring that our operations—specifically the procurement and delivery of industrial equipment—do not pose a risk to our director, our clients, or the public.

2. Our Commitment

We strive to achieve excellence in Health and Safety by:

• Safe Delivery Operations: Ensuring all "Kinetic" logistics activities are risk-assessed, particularly when entering high-risk environments such as steel processing plants and construction sites.

• Product Compliance: Only supplying PPE and equipment that meet or exceed UKCA/CE standards and carry full batch traceability.

• Risk Management: Maintaining a dynamic risk assessment for all mobile operations and site visits.

• Continuous Improvement: Working towards formal SSIP (SafeContractor/CHAS) and ISO 45001 accreditation to validate our safety management systems.

3. Operational Standards

• On-Site Safety: We commit to adhering strictly to the site-specific safety inductions and PPE requirements of our clients.

• Traceability: We maintain a rigorous audit trail for all safety-critical items (Footwear, Head Protection, Eye Protection, Hand Protection and Fall Arrest gear).

• Environment: We ensure our "logistics-first" model minimises site congestion and handles goods in a manner that prevents injury or damage.

4. Responsibility

The ultimate responsibility for Health and Safety rests with the Director. However, JCS Kinetic Supplies Ltd operates on the principle that safety is a shared priority across the entire supply chain.
